Q: What do you like about Tala?

The culture – Everyone is friendly and open to sharing/learning from each other. We are a team that values both external and internal feedback which is great for improvements on both product and individual basis.

Q: How does your role help Tala’s mission?

Working with the best team that directly interacts with customers on a daily, listens to their problems, helps them come up with solutions, offers financial education, and gets first-hand information that helps improve services. We help customers get back on track and encourage repeat business.

Q: Did you always want to be a collections executive?

I enjoy being at the forefront, offering solutions to customers in the best way possible, and guiding my team to achieve the best results knowing they have a strong support system in me.

Q: What should one do to be a great collections manager?

Be a good listener – Listen and action to both the internal and external customers issues.
