My team and I ensure that customers are aware of the different products & services Tala offers. We consistently seek their feedback to validate that these products meet their evolving needs, enabling us to remain competitive in the marketplace.
Q: Did you always want to be a marketer?
Not intentionally, I never studied marketing in university. However, my first full time job was in marketing and I thrived at it. The rest, as they say, is history.
Q: What should one do to be a great marketer?
Assume that you don’t know anything (have child-like curiosity) and check your bias. This will keep you constantly searching, listening to, and solving for what customers actually need or want.
